White chocolate chip cookies with lime and coconut!
Chocolate chip cookies are always a favorite and I especially like white chocolate chip cookies. I like simple cookies with white chocolate chips and it’s fun to add flavors like macadamia nuts and for these cookies, It’s coconut and lime! White chocolate, coconut and lime are a great flavor combination that works great in cookie form! This is a fairly simple recipe for chocolate chip cookies with white chocolate chips, grated coconut and lime zest for flavors. These cookies take very little time to make, so you can enjoy them freshly baked at any time!

White chocolate chip cookies with lime and coconut!


1/2 cup softened butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 Tablespoon Of Lime Zest
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract (optional)
1 1/8 Cups All-purpose Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Of Baking Soda

1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 cup of white chocolate chips
1 cup of sweet flaked coconut

Beat the butter and sugar with the lime zest and vanilla extract until fluffy before beating the egg.
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix the flour mixture into the wet mixture before gently folding the chocolate chips and coconut.
Gather the dough 1 to 2 tablespoons at a time, shape it into balls and place it on baking sheets lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat 2 inches apart.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350F/180C until they turn slightly golden around the edges, 8 to 10 minutes.
Let it cool on the pan for 5 minutes before placing it on a wire rack to cool the rest of the way.
Option: if you find lime extract, add 1 teaspoon of lime extract!
Option: Add the chopped macadamia nuts.
Note: The cooking time requires 2 cooking packs of about 10 minutes.
